Band 1 - $37.11 - $38.36 including casual loading excluding superannuation 

Are you passionate about the arts and cinema? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where customer service is key? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Casual Ushers at Hamilton Performing Arts Centre (HPAC) and Hamilton Cinema.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome patrons with a friendly and professional approach, delivering exceptional customer service from arrival to departure
• Check tickets and assist guests in locating their seats, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable venue experience
• Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of foyers, auditoriums, and other public areas throughout events
• Support crowd management by directing patrons safely and efficiently before, during, and after performances and screenings
• Provide accurate information about events, performances, screenings, venue facilities, and services
• Operate kiosk and bar facilities, including preparing and serving refreshments, processing sales, and maintaining a high standard of customer service and presentation
