Are you passionate about leading a team to deliver highly focused customer centred health and fitness services?  The Southern Grampians Shire Council is seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate to lead and continue to grow our services at the Hamilton Indoor Aquatic and Leisure Centre.

The Hamilton Indoor Aquatic and Leisure Centre in located in Hamilton, southwest Victoria with providing health and fitness services to the residents and surrounding regions.  The facility comprises of indoor heated pools, gymnasium, multi- purposed courts, table tennis and squash courts.  The Southern Grampians Shire is committed to providing accessible health and fitness services to improve community wellbeing.

The successful candidate will lead a motivated team to ensure exceptional health and wellbeing customer focused services.  The position would be responsible for managing day to day operational requirements of the centre and five outdoor seasonal pools, driving the delivery of financial and key performance targets and developing services that lead to the improvement of social connection and wellbeing of Southern Grampians residents.

The successful candidate will have great communication and problem-solving skills, be motivated to lead and develop a high performing team with experience in aquatic and health fitness leisure service industry.
